From Pilot to Production — With Accountability

Day one of Enterprise Connect 2026 was about launches and ambitions. Day two was about pressure and accountability.

Dialpad CEO Craig Walker set the tone best: "Enterprises don't struggle with AI ambitions — they struggle with AI execution."

My take:

This is the conversation we need to have internally as well. The governance framework for agentic AI should be on the IT strategy agenda now.
