Nvidia GTC 2026: Disney Robot on Stage and New AI Agent Platform NemoClaw

The Olaf Robot Stole the Show

The biggest moment came when Disney and Nvidia unveiled their deep AI and robotics collaboration — crowned by a live Olaf droid from Frozen appearing on stage alongside Huang. The robot is the result of Nvidia's NIM technology combined with Disney Research Studios, representing a shift toward physical AI in the entertainment industry.

The Disney collaboration means Nvidia will deliver AI infrastructure for Disney's parks, productions, and interactive experiences. The Olaf droid is just the beginning — a whole family of character-based robots is in development.

NemoClaw: Nvidia's Answer to the Agent Revolution

Nvidia launched NemoClaw, a new agentic AI platform for developers. The platform is inspired by the viral AI agent OpenClaw and is designed to make it easier to build, deploy, and orchestrate AI agents at enterprise scale.

NemoClaw includes:

• A new Agent Blueprint architecture
• Support for MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Integrated security layer with guardrails
• Direct integration with Nvidia's Vera Rubin clusters

Inference Is the New Training Race

Huang emphasized that the center of gravity in the AI industry has shifted from model training to inference — the ongoing cost of running models in production. Agentic AI is driving this growth exponentially, and Nvidia is positioning the Vera Rubin platform as the answer.

Space Data Centers

A brief but intriguing glimpse: Huang mentioned Nvidia is working on concepts for data centers in outer space — a hint at the ambitions for the future of AI infrastructure.
