OpenAI plans to integrate its AI video generator Sora directly into ChatGPT. Now it's being moved into the ChatGPT universe – where users already create text, images, and code.

My take:

Video generation into ChatGPT is a strategic move that's about one thing: platform control. Think through now whether you want to build on the OpenAI platform, or keep your architecture vendor-independent.
